Canada’s Second Ban; As of Sept.21st 2011 Toronto has now become the second city in Canada to ban the sale of puppies & kittens that were being bred specifically for the pet store industry!!!
Canada’s First Ban on puppies being sold in pet stores; As of April 2011 Richmond B.C took a stand against puppy mills by implementing Canada’s very first ban of this kind; hopefully other cities in both Canada & around the world will soon follow their lead.
